Graphics department

The customized labels/packaging are designed by our own graphics department. We can also use your pre-pressed labels/packaging.

Our products are manufactured mostly in the Far East, warehoused in Breda (the Netherlands) and delivered on short lead times.

Special requests for private label and customer specific packaging are handled by our own in-house packing facility. We lead the way in the industry by repacking our products into your packaging for a truly hassle-free logistics experience.

Supply Chain Management

Getting your products to your customers without any glitches: that's our job, too. We plan, implement and control the efficient flow, packaging and storage of goods in order to support customers with effective services and information. It's all part of our total logistics management.

Consignment stocks

An extra service we provide is delivery of goods in consignment. This saves warehouse costs for our customers. Our stock availability is very high (over 99%).
We also have the possibility for complete warehouse management control by AE Industries. We will take care of the complete logistics handling (control stock levels and make stock available in your warehouse).
Invoicing takes place on an agreed date.

Professional packing

We aim to pack your shipment to see it safely to its final destination. From the type of cargo and mode of transportation to the amount of time in transit etc.: our packing experts know what they are doing. All precautions are taken to ensure cargo reaches its destination on time and undamaged.

Production process

Sales orders are received and processed, production orders are computer generated.

The production orders are released.

The required materials are picked from our warehouse.

The labels are printed, using the bar codes on the production orders.

Materials and labels are brought to the buffer, waiting to be repacked.

Materials are packed into customized packaging.

After checking the goods, they are released for storage by scanning the bar code again.

The products are stored at Expedition, waiting to be picked for shipment

The products are picked from Expedition on the day of shipment and packed in boxes and/or on pallets.

The goods are being forwarded to the customer
